jamieross103 After a long drive I arrived in Louisville and saw a BBQ and Brewery together. Perfect I thought. Trendy place, smells somewhat of smoke and BBQ.
The Brisket was good, moist, great meat, good smoke ring and was legit. They don’t have ribs and the pulled pork and sausage were mediocre at best. Not really a true BBQ joint in my opinion but worth a trip if local.
