But once I had a mouthful of the brisket as per below I know I would be disappointed. The brisket was gasoline tasting, poor meat quality and had little taste. The rub was a little sweet but it had not see much bbq or smoke. Badly disappointed is an understatement. the fat was tasteless and almost undercooked. Just not great at all I am afraid.
Sausage and sides equally as bad.
The saving grace was the ribs were reasonable and tasty but still below par really.
