jamieross103 This was the first Houston Distillery since Prohibition so had a long legacy of whiskey making. I tried their two flights- 1st being the premium which included their Single Malt which was a a little light really. Both bourbons were hot and needed a rock to open them up. The American Whiskey was the best for me. They offer a Rye which was ok but not my palette. Overall what a great place in what is the end of a strip mall.
