When I arrived here George the owner had organised a Farmers market and a country singer which does every second Saturday. This is a family run distillery and he makes some good whiskey and bourbon and each one has a unique story.

They have a very large still and even show off the original one that is tiny. He uses de-ionised water and even has some whiskey made from beer. George is passionate and just loves the local area and distilling.

These barrels are going to be Rye after another hot summer outside. They have a piece of wood inside to age them faster.
