jamieross103 “Jukusei Yakiniku Pound Kyoto Ekimae” is the Yakiniku restaurant specializing dry-aged Japanese beef, it is the reason we went to this one.
Before you start they show you the meats you will be eating tonight.
The Appetizer just smelt and looked amazing.
Seasonal Salad and video below is the dressing being made.
Then what was surprising was the aged stuffed meat which seemed like a burger but tasted delicious even though it was not as attractive as the other dishes.
Next was a casserole which was rich and meaty.
So if we were not already full we had the main event to come, the dry aged Wagyu beef….
And then….. a serving of rice and vegetables, we were certainly getting full by now.
And finally we had tea and dessert.. what a fantastic meal.
