The history behind this building and distillery is worth 15 mins of reading on google, the tour was fabulous and I highly recommend it. Parking was a bit crazy but park the other side of the restaurant/bar section, plenty of parking there. Anyway….. this is a funky, art district for sure.
The distillery is the other side of this building.
You start the tour in a history room which I thought was going to be a little dull but the story is so fascinating it keep you entertained for sure.
After a short trip around the distillery, you get to see the usual mash, tanks, etc but then we got to see the STILL… which is pretty cool and very very tall.
Whilst you are in this room you get to do a white dog tasting (raw product) and then a barrel tasting.
Then you head next door and have a tasting of some of their flagship products.
