jamieross103 Casey and Amy have been doing these Pop-Ups for a while now and I believe a Restaurant is on the horizon. This little pop-up of 12 people was perfect. Small 13 course dinner with Wine all from Texas produce. Both chefs have worked in Michelin Star Restaurants in the past and worth a google as some of the chefs they have worked are world renowned.

A nice touch was the flask of warm tea while we were waiting for people to arrive.
