jamieross103 Well. This is a Top 10 BBQ in my opinion. Everything from the brisket to the rib to the sausage was perfect. Great place. Easy service. Just good solid BBQ
The brisket was tender, had a beautiful smoke ring, tasted of smoke and a lovely fat layer. The rub was a little peppery for me but had a well seasoned taste. Good stuff.
Both sausages were good but he Jalapeño cheese sausage was superb. Big lumps of cheese and a well smoked sausage made it a lovely mouthful.
Well worth visiting.
