jamieross103 This location not to be confused with the one in Frisco is a Top 10 BBQ joint in my opinion. Sots just off the square in Celina and is quite a big well run place. Not your small van type of place but legit bbq.
The brisket was moist and tender, had a great smoke ring and the rub was tasty and peppery. Super moist and super smoked. It melted in your mouth.
The sausage has huge bits of cheese in it which adds to a fabulous sausage texture.
The ribs are drop off the bone, slightly sweet and lots of smoke .
I shared this with some friends who love bbq too… thumbs up all round.
