jamieross103 Lewis Barbecue was a new building with plenty of outside space. I believe they were from Texas originally and moved over here, this BBQ has a Texas feel for sure. The Brisket and Ribs were really really good, good bark, good smoke and very tender meat indeed. Fat layer was delicious. The Ribs were fall of the bone and had a sweet finish. Beans and Mac n Cheese were solid as well. Worth a trip to see these guys.
