This BBQ sits in my Top 5 of BBQ joints in Texas. The Brisket was perfect from the nose through the texture to the taste and the after taste. Just moist, tasty, peppery and salty, the meat quality was fantastic.
I would say it is No 1 but that is a personal choice .The pit was great, even had free Lone Star while you waited.
The sausage was delicious as well. Good texture, a lot of smoke and jalapeño. Great.
