jamieross103 This place was Curbside pick up only so no pics of the inside but it is in a strip mall and smelt great upon arrival. They brought me my food to the car and it was a a 20 mins drive to the hotel and I wanted to eat it so badly.
When I reached the hotel and opened up the brown paper it was served in I was ready and YES please and Thank you. The brisket was moist, fat tasted great, smoke ring and the rub was a powerful taste but maybe a little too salty but that is personal preference.
The ribs were well cooked but were not drop off the bone but very close and tasted really good, the rub was peppery but not sweet. Good job.
