jamieross103 I had great expectations for this one. Ribs smoked for 8 hrs…. good reviews I had seen. Sadly it missed all expectations. The brisket was tasteless but was cooked to perfection, moist and fell apart just lacked taste. Beans tasted like they were from a tin. The Ribs were just lacking something like smoke and taste…. the rib rub was tasty I will be honest. The sausage was average at best. Shame as before 2016 the reviews were fantastic, maybe the new pit is not working as well as the old one before it burnt down.
Been around since 1974 and known for its slow smoked ribs, shame it did not live up to its expectations.
