BBQ #150 Heim BBQ – Dallas

This newly opened BBQ Pit in Dallas is still ironing out its kinks. This is another branch opened, the one in Fort Worth being the original. The Bacon Burnt Ends were so so but the brisket and sausage were very very good, certainly sit in my Top 20 rating. The beans were earthy and meaty and the Mac N Cheese super rich.
