jamieross103 This was given some great reviews before we left Dallas to make the 40mins drive to taste and see Smoke Sessions. I will be honest the Brisket and Sausage were great, some smoke, great taste, some bark but it was very very moist, could of done with a little longer. The Ribs were disappointing to be honest with you. I just felt like they needed longer in the pit to really take on more smoke and soften a little. It is worth the trip out to see these guys but get there early, it got busy.
They are building a new smokehouse which will have around 4 large smokers, see pictures below. Covid got in the way of the development for now.
