We met the two guys who run this food truck style bbq and they are very passionate, super exited and just love what they do. They made some BBQ the traditional way but the for the best was the un-traditional …… they added some sweetness, spice and freshness to their food.
We were lucky we were given a platter of their meat and sides to try. The brisket was full of pepper, smoke and sweetness. The Jalapeño Coleslaw was the best we both have had.
The smoked Turkey was ok but the Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork was delicious and full of fruity zestiness. The Boudain was soft and had a herb taste to it. Jen have a running commentary on the Coleslaw she loved it so much.
Nothing say BBQ better than the Pork Ribs – these were good for sure, lovely sweetness to the rub and some pepper taste. The banana pudding was disappointing I have to say but please visit these guys for a different style of BBQ to the norm – well done Gents.
